What is the role?

• Supervise Inside Sales Team.
• Organize and coordinate Electrical Estimators’ schedules.
• Primary point of contact for all estimator team questions or concerns.
• Assist Leadership Team in recruitment, hiring, and training of new Electrical Estimators.
• Work with sales team when closing proposal requests.
• Attend project review meetings as required.

• A high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Worked in customer service or sales for a minimum of 5 years.
• Supervised a team to drive for results.
• Great initiative.
• Spent a minimum of 5 years in the power systems industry, familiar with, for example, single line drawings, breaker retrofits and switchboard modifications.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Enthusiasm, and you enjoy building excellent customer and co-worker relationships.
• Excellent competence with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and similar tools.

Enkompass Power and Energy is looking for an Electrical Estimator to help to serve Enkompass customers and prospects by developing proposals for all sectors of clients (pharmaceutical, health, telecom, manufacturing), responding to inbound customer calls, and generally providing timely and appropriate support to the Sales Team.

What is the role?

As an Electrical Estimator with Enkompass, you will…

• Develop customer proposals and pricing structures.
• Work with the Inside Sales Supervisor, Sales Managers and Engineering Manager to properly respond to RFPs and customer requests.
• Respond to incoming customer calls.
• Clarify requirements with customers as part of the proposal preparation process.
• Track sales and customer activities within the company CRM.

Enkompass is looking for an electrician/technician for the GTA. Skill sets include LV/HV start up testing and commissioning, equipment retrofitting, data collection for engineering studies and thermal imaging.
